A terrific little neighborhood ideally located between the town of Breckenridge and the base of Peak 8. Larger, nicer, newer homes many of which are used for short term rentals as the ski area and town are both close by. Some owners & occupants enjoy the 1 mile walk into Breckenridge, but most will drive or take the free shuttle bus picking up near the entrance to the subdivision on Ski Hill Road. Many of the properties here abut the Breckenridge Nordic Center, one of the local cross country ski areas. All others enjoy a non-motorized easement to access the year-round trail system.
